THE FATHERPHI SHOP
Shop terms
The basics for ordering from the FatherPhi Shop.
Test shop · No real purchases or parcels
Policy preview. These are draft terms for the upcoming shop. Final product and shipping details will be published before real sales begin.
Our shop
The FatherPhi Shop is operated by Master of AI, LLC. These terms cover physical goods bought here, together with the product description and our shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Placing an order
You must be legally able to make the purchase, provide accurate contact and delivery details, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Guest checkout is available. Check the item, option, quantity, currency, delivery fee, tax and final total before paying.
Stripe handles payment through its hosted checkout. An unpaid or failed checkout is not a paid order. Product availability is limited to the stock offered. If we discover a material pricing error or cannot supply a paid order, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the affected purchase; we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
Delivery, returns & problems
Our shipping and returns policies explain delivery arrangements, cancellations, return eligibility and refunds. If you have a problem with an order, email phi@phinguyen.dev with your order reference so we can help.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or remedies for goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.
Using the site
Do not misuse checkout, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the site’s security or attempt to access another person’s order information. Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose; screen colors can vary, but this does not change your rights if an item is materially different from its description.
Changes
We may update products, prices and these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove the terms or rights that applied to an order when it was placed.
Test shop
Products and checkouts labelled as tests are for trying the shopping experience. They are not offers of real merchandise, do not charge real money and do not result in a parcel being sent.
