30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging where supplied. These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

Start a return

Email phi@phinguyen.dev with your order reference and the item you would like to return. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, a short description and photos can help us resolve it.

We will provide return instructions, the correct return address and a prepaid shipping label for an eligible return. Please contact us before sending anything back, and keep your drop-off receipt. Our business mailing address is not a parcel return address.

Return shipping & fees

We pay the return-shipping cost for eligible returns using the prepaid label we provide. There is no restocking fee. Contact us before paying for your own label so we can agree on the arrangements.

Refunds

After the returned item arrives, we will inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

For a change-of-mind return, we refund the returned item’s price and applicable tax; the original shipping & handling fee is not refundable. If we sent the wrong item, it arrived faulty or damaged, or the law requires it, we will also refund the applicable original delivery charge. We do not charge you to return a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

Cancellations & exchanges

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop it before dispatch; if it has already shipped, follow the return process. For a different item or option, contact us to arrange a return and a new order, subject to availability.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
