Shop privacy policy

Who this policy covers

Master of AI, LLC operates the FatherPhi Shop. This policy covers the shop, checkout, orders and related support, including test orders. Other FatherPhi services may have their own policies. Questions can be sent to phi@phinguyen.dev.

Information we receive

• Order and delivery details: email address, recipient name, shipping address, items, quantities, prices, shipping charges, tax and order status.
• Payment records: payment-provider references and payment, refund or dispute status. Stripe hosts checkout; the shop does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
• Fulfillment and support records: carrier, tracking information, order history, and information you send when asking for help.
• Technical and security information: IP addresses, browser/request information and security identifiers processed by the site and its hosting providers. If you choose to sign in, we also process the account information needed for that sign-in. An account is not required to buy.

How we use it

We use this information to process and verify payments, prepare and deliver orders, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, protect the service, and maintain transaction records. The shop checkout does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Service providers & sharing

Stripe processes checkout and payments under its privacy policy. We use Vercel for hosting and Google Cloud for database infrastructure. When a real order ships, we share the delivery information needed by the carrier. Our email provider processes messages you send to support.

Google-hosted fonts and any externally hosted product images may cause your browser to send technical request information to their providers. Optional Google sign-in is processed through our identity service and Google. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, protect rights or respond to a lawful request. The shop does not include advertising pixels.

Cookies & browser storage

The site uses cookies for security, an anonymous browser identifier and optional sign-in. The shop uses session storage to remember your basket and let you return to your checkout or order status. These shop records do not contain your payment-card details or delivery address.

You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser, but doing so may sign you out or remove access to your saved checkout status. Stripe’s checkout has its own cookies and privacy choices.

Keeping & protecting records

Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and disputes. They do not automatically disappear when you close your browser. Access to customer addresses and order administration is restricted to authorized administrators. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Contact phi@phinguyen.dev to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity, and some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved claims. We will explain any limits that apply. Please do not email full card numbers or identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method has been arranged.

Children & policy updates

The shop is intended for adults making purchases, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide additional notice when required.
