Destinations & shipping charges
Available destinations and the full shipping & handling fee are shown before you pay. If your destination is not available at checkout, we cannot accept an order for that address.
Shipping & handling is a flat fee for the service, rather than a promise to charge the carrier’s exact postage cost. Eligible return shipping is prepaid by us under our returns policy.
Dispatch & delivery
The dispatch location, processing time and delivery estimates for our first products will be published before real orders open. This test shop does not dispatch parcels, and its shipping prices are simulated.
For real orders, we will ship within the time stated when you order. If we cannot, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Address changes & order help
Check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, email phi@phinguyen.dev with your order reference as soon as possible. We can only change an address or stop a parcel before it has been dispatched.
For a missing, delayed or damaged parcel, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. You can also ask us for your tracking details. Please do not send payment-card details by email.
